US Quadball Cup 2023 will take place at The Proving Ground in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania on April 15-16, 2023 in partnership with Valley Forge Sports. Registration for all club and collegiate divisions at this championship event is now open. New this season is an opportunity for unofficial teams to participate, as well as individuals looking for a team to join for this event.

By indicating interested divisions while registering for the interest event as detailed below is considered as applying for an at large bid. If a team does not have a bid to a particular division but indicates they are willing to compete in that division they will be considered for the available at large bids.
All teams must complete the extended season play requirements by the March 12 deadline to be eligible for an at large bid. Please note that all club and collegiate teams must have attended a regional championship in order to be eligible for an at large bid.
Teams can track the status of their gameplay requirements here.
Teams that do not earn a USQ Cup bid at a regional championship or an at-large bid will be able to compete in the open division. If your team is interested in participating in the open division, but does not want to be considered for an at-large bid, you must fill out the registration form.
Open division play will take place throughout the event and more information will be provided in the spring. Teams can expect to play throughout the day Saturday and early Sunday. Teams must attend one event by March 12, 2023, which teams are permitted to use regionals for this requirement.
New this season, unofficial teams can compete at nationals in the collegiate open and club open division. The goal of this is to provide an opportunity for unofficial teams to experience US Quadball Cup to help with team recruitment and growth. To begin the process, teams can email membership@usquadball.org. There are no season play requirements to compete in this division.
Collegiate Open - team will have to register as an unofficial USQ team, all members will have to buy a trial membership, submit enrollment, follow COVID protocols, and pay the team registration fee for the event. Teams will also have to abide by other policies set for this event, including stay and play.
Club Open - team will have to register as an unofficial USQ team, all members will have to buy a trial membership, follow COVID protocols, and pay the team registration fee for the event. Teams will also have to abide by other policies set for this event, including stay and play.
Individuals wishing to play at USQ Cup who do not have a member team can reach out to membership@usquadball.org to help get connected to a participating club team.
This year teams will register for USQ Cup 2023 through an interest event on Tourney Machine. All teams will register for the same division, once bids have been finalized USQ will assign teams to the proper division and tier at that time. Team must register here by Sunday, March 12, 2023.

In order to participate in US Quadball Cup 2023, all teams are required to book hotel rooms in one of several tournament-approved hotels through US Quadball’s booking link. Each team must book a minimum of 3 hotel rooms, per night, for at least two nights between April 13-17, 2023. Hotel rooms will be available on a first come first served basis.
Teams must either reserve a hotel room by March 16, 2023 or complete the stay and play exemption form (if located within 100 miles, driving distance) by March 9, 2023. Teams are not considered to have booked hotel rooms for US Quadball Cup 2023 until rooms are booked through the USQ supplied links.
Each team will be responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. USQ has provided reservation links for each hotel below, which teams will need to use to reserve their rooms.
Hotel rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis. Once a room block is full, the special USQ price will no longer be available. All teams, even those who have not qualified yet for the tournament, should book rooms if there is any possibility of attending USQ Cup 2023. Each hotel has a generous cancellation policy if needed.
