Certification

In order to become a certified flag runner, you must:

• Take and pass the seeker referee written test
• Complete DEI training below
• Submit a W9 to USQ below
• If not a player, acquire a non-playing official membership

If there is an issue with the flag runner test not appearing or functioning, you can email referees@usquadball.org.

W9 to USQ

To be paid for any officiating at a USQ-hosted event, please send a W9 form to finance@usquadball.org.

Field Testing (if applicable)

After becoming a certified flag runner to field test, please send flag runner footage for review to referees@usquadball.org.
