US QUADBALL'S COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

US Quadball's complaint procedure provides for an immediate, thorough, and objective investigation of any claim of unlawful or prohibited harassment/misconduct/abuse, appropriate disciplinary action against one found to have engaged in prohibited harassment/misconduct/abuse, and appropriate remedies for any victim of harassment/misconduct/abuse.

If you believe you have been harassed or are aware of the harassment of others, please report it to US Quadball using our partnered incident report tool, Spot. It allows individuals to report incidents anonymously if they choose to. Spot may ask for your email address to act as a go-between, but no one at US Quadball can see the email address.

Courage First Athlete Helpline

Courage First's team of athlete-centered counselors offer confidential support and resources to athletes, coaches, and sports communities who are concerned about emotional, physical, and sexual abuse through calls or texts to (888) 279-1026, and online chat. Counselors are available Monday through Friday, 12 pm-8 pm PST. This resource can guide you through a personal situation or a situation that has been reported to you.

Report Sexual Misconduct to Local Authorities

Contact your local authorities if you have a reasonable suspicion that sexual abuse or neglect has occurred or if an incident has happened to you. 

Call the 24-hour Helpline

Call (800) 656-4673 for 24/7 crisis interventions, referrals, and emotional support. This confidential and secure helpline is operated by RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. 

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Call or text 988 or chat online to be connected to trained counselors who are part of the existing Lifeline network of over 200 crisis centers (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline). These trained counselors will listen, understand how the person's problems affect them, provide support, and connect them to necessary resources.
