Certification

In order to become a certified lead assistant referee, you must:

• Take and pass the assistant referee written test
• Take and pass the seeker referee written test
• Take and pass the lead assistant referee written test
• Complete Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training, see below 
• Submit a W9 to USQ, see below
• If not a player, acquire a non-playing official membership

If there is an issue with the LAR test not appearing or functioning, contact referees@usquadball.org.
