You may also call United Meetings Reservation Desk Monday – Friday at (800) 426-1122 for booking assistance. Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.

Team travel assistance: If you are having difficulty booking travel for your team, we encourage you to contact your preferred airline's group booking office. They may have more flexible booking policies, change policies, group rates, or flexible payment terms.
